Attendance
Capital Compliance Group, a boutique consulting firm for the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry, is excited to attend the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) 2022 Annual Conference at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV on February 7-10. As a member of RMAI, we will be represented by Capital Compliance Group’s CEO Jud Phillips. Jud is looking forward to meeting with industry stakeholders, fellow leaders, and potential clients to discuss the various ways CCG can help with licensing, certification, and compliance.
Successful Client Networking and Relationships
Each year the RMAI annual conference is a unique opportunity to both expand our understanding of the complex regulations and rules governing the ARM industry, as well as meet and network with our clients and partners. This year’s event is both a return to a fully in-person conference, as well as RMAI’s 25th Annual Conference. With various networking events like the RMAI opening reception and the celebratory round of golf at Canyon Gate, CCG is excited to share how our personal approach to our client relationships can help take critical burdens off our client’s shoulders so they can focus on increasing revenue and servicing their own clients.
“Since our founding, Capital Compliance Group has prided itself on our unique approach to our client relationships and the great value our clients receive from our services,” says Jud. “We alleviate the burden of managing and monitoring licensing and certification requirements. CCG helps clients of all sizes receive maximum benefit from our fully personalized suite of licensing, certification, and compliance services. I look forward to getting back to Las Vegas to meet with my friends and colleagues, and hope I can meet with each of you.”
Navigating Vital Issues
Capital Compliance Group’s core philosophy is that we want our clients to be successful. Clients have our individual phone numbers and reach our dedicated team at any time so no client is lost in the shuffle. To help our clients become successful, CCG attends premier industry events like RMAI’s annual conference to gain vital industry knowledge. The 25th Annual Conference has a full agenda of three days of education covering all topics needed to navigate the ARM industry. The conference’s keynote address will be a “fireside chat” with two of the United States’ leading Attorney Generals– Lawrence Wasden from ID and Aaron Ford from NV.
As a leading provider of licensing services within the collections industry, we are also proud that RMAI will be offering pathways to earn individual RMAI certification at the conference. Attendees can earn their Certified Receivables Compliance Professional designations while attending the conference.
